Ola Gedenryd: Passionate Lean-Agile leader and part of the SPCT program at Scaled Agile. Ola has 14 years of experience to set-up and run Scaled Agile implementations in challenging international environments. The last four years, Ola has focused to help people and their organizations to succeed in their Lean-Agile Transformations by coaching, mentorship and training around SAFe. Ola has globally trained almost 1000 people in different SAFe trainings and has experience of almost the entire stack of trainings from Scaled Agile.
Adam Mattis: SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) with many years of experience overseeing SAFe implementations across a wide range of industries and institutional sizes. He is an experienced Transformation Architect, engaging speaker, energetic trainer, and a regular contributor to the broader Lean-Agile and educational communities. Adam gained his experience leading Mattis & Company through iterations as an Internet Service Provider, Engineering Services Partner, eCommerce Platform Provider, Product Development Advisor, and eventually Business Agility Transformation Advisor; leading him to become part of Accenture | SolutionsIQ where he served as the Agile HR Practice Lead and Enterprise Transformation Engagement Lead.
During this five-day course, attendees learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and the seven core competencies of the Lean Enterprise. Attendees gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and empower a Lean Portfolio.
The first 2.5 days of the course — Leading SAFe® — provide the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final 2.5 days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise. Certifying as a SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, enables attendees to coach and guide the enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace and empower them to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation.

All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of
experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend
to take the SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certification exam and practiced as a SAFe® 5
Program Consultant (SPC):
• More than 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or
• More than 3 years of experience in Agile
• One or more relevant Agile certifications

Renewal fee: $895/year
ProfessionalDevelopment Units(PDUs) and ScrumEducation Units (SEUs)
Attendees may be eligible to apply for 30 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications
Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance
